  High Season rates apply in mid June to early September as well as all Holidays and Special Events.
  Mid Season rates apply mid May to mid June and Mid September to mid October.
Low Season rates apply April to mid May and mid October till the end of the year.

  Rates are per night, plus tax, double occupancy and are subject to change.  
Rooms with two beds with more than two people in the room are subject to an extra person charge which may vary based on season, holidays and special events.  Minimum stays apply in high season, holidays and special events.  Rates are subject to the Massachusetts room tax which is currently 11.7%.
